Raw vegan Christmas kutia

To prepare raw vegan kutia (a traditional Ukrainian Christmas meal) you'll need: 500 g of live wheat grain, 200 g of raisins and 50 g of dried apricots, 200 g of walnuts, 100 g of almonds, 150 g of poppy seed, liquid honey to taste. Method of cooking: rinse the sprouted grains, chop nuts, grind poppy seeds in a coffee grinder, mix all ingredients, add honey to taste.

Sprouted wheat for breakfast

This is the easiest recipe with sprouted wheat. Ground wheat is better absorbed, and it is easier to eat than the whole grains. You will need: sprouted wheat grains – 2-3 tablespoons, ground walnuts – 1 tablespoon, honey – 1 teaspoon. Method of cooking: rinse the sprouted wheat, grind in a blender or grinder. Mix the prepared mass with the ground nuts and honey.
