What to sprout


Wheat germs contain around 18 essential amino acids which contribute to the formation of proteins that allow the human body develop normally. They provide muscle tissue with energy and ensure full brain function.


Green buckwheat contains 3–5 times more minerals than cereals, and 1.5–2 times more fiber than millet, oats, rice or barley. This product is recognized as one of the best providers of antioxidants, and the latter, as we know, enhance immunity and inhibit the aging process. Studies have confirmed that compared to rice, which, by the way, is also very useful for health, sprouted buckwheat contains 76 times more antioxidants!

Chickpeas differs from other beans by comparatively low content of proteins (20% to 30%) but exceeds them by the content of fats (6-7%). It is mostly balanced in amino acid composition and contains such important elements as lysine, methionine, tryptophan, and cysteine.
