1. Pour the grain into the Sprouter’s transparent jar and rinse it a couple of times with clean cold water.
2. Put the jar in the colored container and fill it with good quality water, an inch above the grain.
3. Throw away anything that pops up to the surface, cover with the slotted lid.
4. When the grain soaks enough water, get the transparent jar and rinse the grain under running water, shake it gently for better ventilation.
5. Cover the Sprouter with the slotted lid again and wait for the sprouts. Do not forget to rinse/moisturize every 8 hours.
Buckwheat – 2-4 hours soaking, 8-12 hours sprouting
Other grains – 8-12 hours soaking, 12-24 hours sprouting
Beans, nuts – 10-12 hours soaking, 24-36 hours sprouting
For example: In the evening after work get the buckwheat soaking, rinse before going to bed and have the sprouts in the morning. In the morning eat for breakfast or take with you to work (use the lid without holes). Or, soak the wheat in the morning, leave it so for the day. Back from work, rinse, leave overnight to sprout. In the morning, eat for breakfast or take with you to work, and pour a new portion into the Sprouter.
