Sprouted wheat boasts the most prominent healing properties. This is a universal food and an effective remedy. Sprouted wheat contains the full range of vitamins and minerals. Remedial properties of wheat sprouts do not appear immediately but only as a result of systematic and long-term use. After two weeks of eating sprouts, and sometimes earlier, you may notice an improvement in your health condition, which is an indication of increased body energy levels. Fundamental changes come through longer periods, sometimes six months or a year. Sprouted wheat is a real salvation for weakened body suffering from vitamin deficiency.

Sprouting instructions:
  1. Sort, rinse, and soak 3-4 tablespoons of wheat grain in the Sprouter for 6-8 hours (for example, for the night), the grains must be completely covered with water.
  2. Rinse with clean water several times in the morning, shake to saturate the grains with air, keep wet in the Sprouter for 1-2 days total.
  3. Rinse and shake every 8-10 hours prior to the appearance of sprouts of the desired length.
  4. Eat or place in the refrigerator in the Sprouter with air access (but not more than for two days).

Wheat grain is an excellent source of vitamins and nutrients. It contains calcium, potassium, chromium, copper, silicon, selenium, zinc, iron, iodine, vitamins B5, E, C, D, P, folic acid. But why is it so beneficial to eat it sprouted? The thing is that during the sprouting the contents of all these elements in the grain grows significantly. This is because during the time of the active growth the wheat grain synthesizes spare nutrients, and they turn into a more active form. And not only the contents of each element increases but the synergy effect increases which is reflected in the interaction of nutrients, their influence on one another. If the normal wheat grain contains 20% protein, 2.2% fat and 64% carbohydrates, the sprouted wheat grain has 26% proteins , 10% fat, and 34% carbohydrates. Fiber content increases from 10% to 17%. Besides, during the sprouting, substances that prevent good absorption of nutrients in the human body are destroyed, and thus the grain is most useful in the sprouted form.

The beneficial effect of sprouted wheat is in the normalization of metabolism and cleansing the body. As a result, the overall health of people suffering from allergies improves. Stamina increases. Due to the high content of fiber in wheat grain the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract normalizes. And due to the high content of vitamins and other nutrients the following effects are usually observed: increased visual acuity, strengthened hair, nails, and teeth, improved skin condition, normalization of cardiac activity. Regular consumption of sprouted wheat helps reduce blood pressure and increase hemoglobin levels. Combined with moderate exercise and proper nutrition, it helps get rid of excess weight.

To accelerate the positive effects of sprouted wheat, try to eat it every day, about half a glass. It can be eaten in its pure form, and also can be added to salads, cereals or other foods. The main thing to remember is that sprouted grain is best without heat treatment, otherwise it looses its beneficial properties. The most useful time to eat sprouted grain is in the morning. The course of its use is not limited in time, so it can successfully replace the usual morning porridge.
